Application for Tenancy

The Application for tenancy allows Capital properties to act as an intermediary between you and the landlord, allowing Capital Properties to approach any references or guarantors. It also highlight’s that the deposit will be registered with the appropriate Tenancy Deposit Scheme

Guarantor Agreement

Some landlords may require a guarantor agreement to be signed by a parent or guardian as a security towards your letting the property. This is a standard practice, particularly with students or first time lets.
