Gair Rhydd runs Cardiff Student Housing Survey 2012
Want to share your experiences of student housing? Gair Rhydd, Cardiff University’s student newspaper, has launched their annual Student Housing survey for 2012.
If you are a Cardiff student in your second year or above, you can answer questions about how you found your student house, what you think of the quality of your accommodation, and how you rate your letting agency or landlord. It also gives the opportunity to win an iPod Nano!
With a wide choice of properties and letting agents in the Cathays and Roath areas close to the university, choosing the right student house or flat is a big choice. The Housing Survey started in 2008, and is a chance to highlight the best and worst of Cardiff student housing. While the best headlines may come from horror stories, most students have great experiences of renting in Cardiff. Sharing a student house with friends is often one of the highlights of the university experience.
Students can rest assured that Capital Properties is regulated by the Association of Lettings and Management Agents (ALMA) and Landlord Accreditation Wales (LAW).
